BLUEBERRY SOUP
Quick, Easy and Nutritious - A Great Source of Protein and Anti-Oxidants!

Ingredients for 1 serving:

2 heaping tsp of almond butter (raw or roasted)

2 cups of frozen blueberries (organic are best – you can purchase them at any health food store, Trader Joe’s has them for only $2.19
per pound)

 
Directions:      

Take 2 cups of frozen blueberries and put them into a small pot. Turn the burner on medium heat and keep stirring the blueberries until they are slightly warm.  Turn heat to low and mix in 2 teaspoons of almond butter. Once the almond butter is mixed in, your “blueberry soup” is ready to be served. Bon appetite!
