NATUROPATHIC CARDIOLOGY

| Naturopathic Cardiology is an emerging field of medicine whose physicians use natural
medicines first to control symptoms, bring blood tests into normal range, and most importantly reverse the devastating
effects of coronary artery disease (heart disease). One of the principles of this field is the improvement of the whole
body, not just the heart. The naturopathic cardiologist looks at things from a different perspective, we work backwards.
Rather than saying what will keep you alive for the next couple of years, we create an individual program to help the
patient get to 90 or more years of age, with clarity of thought, not needing diapers, and functionally being able to
do the things they want such as golf, vacation, hiking, cycling, and enjoying a healthy sex life. The key is not
only thinking about tomorrow, but 1,000 tomorrows. Too many people are seeing their loved ones' minds disappear
before their bodies or the reverse, where their bodies fail while their minds stay sharp. |
| After seven years of practice, I feel more than ever that this is not natural. I feel it is safe to say that my
patients enjoy life more and have stronger hearts than many of those who are only choosing to go with a cardiologist
who only uses the tools of drugs, angioplasty, and surgery. So if you have heart disease or challenges which lead to
